Burgundy (Nuits St. George, France)

This weekend I went to a region of France called Burgundy. It was about a three hour drive in a car from my house in Strasbourg.

We visited a town called Nuits Saint George, which was the center of a festival that they were having that weekend. This area of France is famous for their wine and mustard - have you ever heard of Dijon mustard? Dijon is actually a town a couple miles north of where we were where they make some of the best mustard in the World.

The first picture is one that I took of a small local village (Concoeur) just outside of Nuits St. George, and the other picture is of a small baker in the same village that had just baked some fresh bread out of a huge oven.
