A Saturday in Strasbourg: Dinner

A busy day ends with a long relaxing dinner. Inspired by the food we bought at the market this morning, we started dinner with a before dinner drink and some cashews. We then had some goat cheese in puff pastry. The appetizer was a three cheese ravioli with girolle mushrooms and some creme fraiche. Finally Patrick had some left over duck in a wine sauce. Some places in France serve salad after the main dish and then cheese, but in Alsace people usually serve the salad and cheese at the same time. Finally we had a nice dessert that we bought at a store down the street from us.
