Egypt: Cruising Down the Nile

From the time we got on the Cruise in Aswan until the time we arrived at our last city (Luxor), we were on the Nile for 3 days. Besides having a room close to the engines, it was a really nice trip. Here you can see some photos of various animals that we passed along the Nile.

The Nile is perhaps the most important feature of Egypt - without it, Egypt would basically be just one huge desert and have the economic development of Chad (sorry, citizens of Chad). Basically it's almost 4200 miles long and runs all the way through Egypt.

OK, enough boring stuff about the Nile.
